From crafting needs statements and measurable objectives to developing budgets and evaluation plans, participants will gain practical skills and hands-on experience developing the core components of a grant proposal. By the end of the course, participants will have drafted key sections of a proposal and developed a step-by-step approach, practical tools, and templates they can apply to future funding opportunities.

Through real-world examples and interactive learning, participants will strengthen governance practices, clarify board and staff roles, improve decision-making and oversight, and build stronger executive–board partnerships.
